Process
A couple of initial information phone calls were followed by phone interviews with peers and managers to assess my fit for the role.
Then, an in-person panel interview was scheduled, where I presented some of my previously created material 'in role' as if I were presenting to the leadership of a company.
We had a couple of short preparatory calls before the panel interview, where we discussed approaches to Enterprise Architecture that informed the content of the panel interview.
