QA Engineer Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

Process

The questions were very generic and seemed to be taken directly out of a textbook. Anyone who prepares for an interview could answer them.

The interviewer was 15 minutes late, which was a FAIL.

Some interviewers were friendly, but one was highly rude and pretty much implied I wouldn't make it. (Oh well, they hired me!)

The interview process had five rounds:

  • Programming question
  • Manager 1-on-1
  • Another manager 1-on-1 (that didn't make sense, but whatever)
  • Database and algorithms

The questions could easily be searched for online.
