Process

  1. Initial HR interview (mail & phone).
  2. Hiring Manager interview (1 hour phone, mostly resume-based).
  3. Online Java programming assessment (2 hours, medium to very hard).
  4. Onsite interviews:
    • 4 one-on-one interviews.
    • Includes whiteboarding, pseudocode, and a 1-hour Java programming coding test onsite.

Questions

Although the position was for QA, it felt more like it was for a developer. The interview covered data structures, algorithms, polygons, line segment intersection, and so on.

There was a coding question involving a deck of cards. I am unable to disclose more information due to signing an NDA.

You can crack this interview easily if you possess strong analytical and coding skills. It seemed they were looking to hire developers for a testing position.
