Pros: Career boosting, as there are many opportunities for growth. Benefits: Great salary, PTOs, VTOs, health coverage, ESPP, 401K, and much more.

Cons: Very changing environment. As the company grows, processes, procedures, and SOPs are constantly changing. Not sure if this is a con, but I really couldn't think of one.
