The setup for the interview took its own time. The initial round was over Skype for an hour with the Sr. Director. Questions were generic, covering past work, challenges, and what could have been done better.
It was a nice discussion, and I'm waiting for the full loop.

The question was: Given two issues, one which is causing 70% of crashes on app launch, and another which causes the app to fail to store its state 20% of the time, which one do you consider fixing first?
