Process
All interviews took place in the same conference room. All were with members of the team I would be joining.
Lunch was a 90-minute conversation with the team manager. The first 60 minutes were a very pleasant conversation where we were able to get to know one another and get a sense of what it would be like to work together, while the last 30 minutes were a design question.
