Process
The process felt very disorganized. It seemed as though the interviewers were coming up with questions on the fly.
They would copy-paste a question onto the code share and repeatedly ask, "What's on your mind?"
They should at least give the candidate a few minutes to understand the problem and formulate ideas, instead of constantly disturbing their thoughts.
Supposedly, this is one of the best companies to work for, but I didn't observe great talent, at least among the interviewers.
