It happened very quickly. I had an initial phone screen to see if my skills matched the job, with a couple of basic technical questions.
This was followed by a technical interview and a consulting interview.
Finally, I had to give a presentation on a solution I had implemented in the past, end-to-end, with a few curveballs thrown in.

I don't recall exactly, but there was a question on how you deal with out-of-scope items from a project standpoint on a program-level engagement.
