Had 5 interviews. The first was a phone screening with a Senior Recruiter about basic information, my motivation, goals, etc. It took about half an hour. The next one was also a phone screening/technical test with a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, gathering information about my skills, career, goals, and also telling me about the role and the team. The third one was an in-person interview at the Dublin HQ, with two other Senior SREs. It was more a team fit interview than technical. They were asking questions about me. The fourth interview was right after the third (same day), with another two SREs, and it was really technical. The third and fourth overall took 1.5 hours. The fifth interview was also an in-person one (and cheers to the Recruiter I was in contact with - I told them that I had another offer on the table, but I'm leaning towards SF - they set up the next interview for the next day). I had this interview with one of the managers at SF who was interested in my motivation and plans for the next years.
My overall experience was pleasant. I really hit it off with the SREs, as they were like-minded people.
