Cons: Managers have their favorite engineers and always appreciate only them, forgetting to get appreciation from Indian SRE managers. Managers are always busy playing politics in the team instead of working. Managers do not have the skills to improve the work environment, as they were hired only for micromanagement. In Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud India SRE managers (leadership) have hired from support. They are only and only playing politics and have made their employees' lives hell. HRs are nothing at Salesforce. They are friends with managers, so forget HR supporting you. They treat employees as their slaves and pretend like they are paying salaries from their pockets instead of Salesforce. Managers threaten SRE employees with termination.

Pros: Excellent working conditions, exposure to senior management, good for career development.

Cons: I didn't observe anything much; everything was going good for me.
