Process
The interview process involved a call with the recruiter, followed by a second interview with the Director of Cloud Engineering and an engineer.
The interview was the worst I ever had. I wasn't expecting that from Salesforce! It was completely unprofessional and included inappropriate assumptions. The interviewers did not know how to interview at all. I haven't seen such bad behavior in this field before. I can only assume that this is a toxic place to work.
Furthermore, the role is not SRE as advertised; it is simply a NOC job.
