I initially had an exploratory call with HR regarding my current position.
Then, three interview rounds were quickly scheduled within 1.5 weeks. HR was adamant to complete the rounds rapidly, even though I requested a time gap between them.
In the first round, it was mostly behavioral questions, asking when you demonstrated leadership. Scenario-based questions with examples from your current project/organization were also asked.
In the second round, it was again a bit of the same. In the beginning, questions related to testing and automation, with a focus on Java and API testing, were asked. This was followed by more behavioral/scenario-based questions.
The third round was more technical. An easy LeetCode question based on arrays was asked. I was grilled on API design and test cases, such as how I would design an e-commerce API, what I would test, and how I would test it. Behavioral questions were also part of this round. Some of the same scenario-based questions from the previous round were asked.
