Simple hiring screen with manager, a code test in Java and a pleasant and non-confrontational interview process one-on-one with team members. Each interview was very thoughtful and a conversation with smart and warm people. There was a hiccup uploading my code and getting it to build, so be very familiar with your testing language's build process (I'm not a Java guy yet!). Each step is very easy and the Salesforce culture really shines through on being accommodating and treating people with human dignity.
