Process
It was through a referral. Since I was serving my notice period at my previous company, it took me two weeks. The first round was a remote test, in which they sent me one question to solve in two hours. I completed it in 1 hour and 45 minutes, then sent it back. Basically, they were looking for my coding and design skills.
Then came the hiring manager round, where they asked all about the code I had written and how to improve it. After that, two rounds were conducted from the USA, focusing on core technical aspects in Data Structures, Algorithms, and design.
The final round was with the Senior Director, and it was all about Agile methodologies and the work I had done in my previous company.
