Software Developer Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland
Process
There were two steps to the interview process.
First, I conducted a phone interview which lasted around 20-30 minutes and went well. I was asked about myself, we went through my resume, and talked a bit about Salesforce.
The second interview was onsite. Here, I presented my previous work in detail, talked more about my experiences and skills, and completed a technical assessment. For the technical assessment, I was asked to provide a solution to a problem on the whiteboard and talk through my reasoning.
