Applied for a new grad position. The interview experience was very pleasant.

It started with two tech phone interviews, both focusing on API designs and system designs. These interviews require knowledge of basic concepts in distributed systems and cloud computing.

The onsite interview mainly focused on culture fit, along with several easy coding questions. The interviewers were not expecting a coding machine, but rather a nice co-worker. The whole process felt like a communication, where you discussed yourself and your expectations for your future work environment.
