The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening and on-site interviews afterward.

Interviewers were very friendly. They explained the team's work and challenges in detail. They were not very picky about small mistakes; they mostly focused on the problem-solving approach and asked questions like, "Why did you choose X instead of Y?"

Interviews focused on Data Structures, Algorithms, REST architecture, and the projects I had worked on. They also covered day-to-day activities such as live-site debugging.

Behavioral questions focused on what I am looking for in a job and what I consider my primary responsibilities.
