Overall Very Good Experience.
Interview Process (4 Steps):
- Screening call with HR Team Member: Basic questions about my current role, relocation, and etc.
- 3-Hour coding test on HackerRank: A hard code test to crack.
- Call with Hiring Team Manager: Basic questions about my skills and the role.
- Hangout interview with the Project Team: Medium-level technical and behavioral questions.
It was a very smooth interview process. I would like to thank the HR team member, Shobana, for this entire process. She scheduled the interviews in a timely manner and provided feedback accordingly.

Pros: - Great benefits for family (6 months parental leave)
- Great healthcare plans
- Being able to go to the office is nice; there are good vibes there, similar to the SF office
- Probably one of the companies with the best work-life balance
Cons: - I don't work in MC, but work in Core. My team is mostly in SF or Bellevue, so I don't feel involved with the Indy office whatsoever.
- They are hiring what seems like fully in India, so my team loses headcount a lot when we need it.

- Decent salary and bonus.
Cons: - No free food
- Not WFH friendly anymore
- Not WLB friendly anymore
- Low to no RSU refreshers
- Red tape only gets worse
