I applied online.

The process was:

• A 20-minute screening call with an internal (HR) recruiter.
• A 1-2 hour chat with the Senior Director of Engineering.
• A coding challenge homework exercise, submitted in advance of the second interview. I had a week's notice, so I had to cram this in on a weekend and a few late nights.
• Three hours of technical interviews with the Lead Engineer, Principal Engineer, and Senior Manager.
• Background checks.

HR was very helpful and kept me fully updated through each step of the process.

If you are accepted, you will need to pass background checks. Make sure you have access to a scanner and ID, proof of address, and education documents.
