Career Fair: I was shortlisted for an online assessment after my conversation with a director at the career fair.

Online Assessment: There were two programming questions asked, which I had to complete in 1.5 hours. After completing the assessment with all test cases covered, I was shortlisted for team matching.

Team Matching: Once you are done with your assessment, your resume is circulated to managers. If they find you a good match, you will move forward for an interview. I got a match and scheduled my interview after 10 days (due to my exams). However, before my interview, they had already found another suitable candidate, and my interview was called off. But my resume was still in the pool. After 3 days, I got another match and then scheduled my interview within 3-4 days.

Round 1: The team manager conducted my interview. He asked me about my prior work experience and projects in depth, some behavioral questions, and my career ambitions. The interview lasted for around 50 minutes. Within 10 minutes of the call ending, I was shortlisted for the next round.

Round 2: This time, a team member conducted my interview. They asked about my projects and myself, then gave me one coding problem to solve. I finished it with all scenarios covered. After that, there were some basic data structure questions.

The next day after this interview, I received my offer.
