Pros: I was a SWE Intern at Salesforce at the Bangalore office in 2023. I got to learn a lot of new stuff. My mentor, manager, and everyone were very helpful and there for my smallest queries.
The work culture was amazing, with the tastiest food (breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, tea/coffee/barista) offering a lot of variety. There was also a lounge to chill with colleagues.
Cons: There were no downsides that I faced concerning my 2-month internship.

Pros: - Focus more on an individual's growth and development.
- Great perks (iPhone, wellness days during COVID).
- Sufficient leaves, no hassle.
- Better sense of organizational alignment and complete transparency about how an individual's efforts and work fit into the big picture.
- Intelligent co-workers; some of the best in the industry.
Cons: Nothing major that I can think of.
