Phone interview with some coding. Basic questions in your most familiar language, mostly about data structures and similar concepts. Talked a little about who I was as a programmer. Discussed CS mainstays like inheritance, polymorphism, and dynamic programming. Applied at a job fair, sent in a resume, had a phone interview, and received a rejection email, all within about a two-week span.
