The interview process consisted of two phone interviews.

The first was an in-depth dive into your resume and more behavioral questions. Some technical questions were asked, but they were pretty basic, just ensuring you understood the main concepts of your courses.

The second phone interview involved an in-depth technical question. The interviewer was awesome and was definitely looking for your thought process rather than just the right answer.

I would highly recommend researching the different initiatives and understanding the company culture before the call. This will allow you to ask informed questions and demonstrate an interest in the company as a whole.
