Salesforce had a fairly standard interview loop with five sessions, each talking to a different interviewer. There was also a lunch interview that involved a lot of discussion about background and previous experience.

The team was mostly based in San Francisco, so much of the interview was conducted via video conference. This worked out surprisingly well, though it did present a challenge for white-boarding.

Given a constant input stream of integers, design a way to, at any point, return the current median of that stream.
