Process
The interview had two rounds:
- An initial talk with a software engineer where they asked basic CS questions.
- A final interview with a manager, focusing on more behavioral questions.
Communication was good until I completed the final interview. Afterwards, they ghosted me.
I had to reach out to them to find out they had moved on with other applicants.

Summer Internship at Salesforce
Software Engineering Intern • Former Employee
August 15, 2020
Pros: Work-life balance is great. The pace is fairly relaxed, and people are extremely accommodating. There are great benefits (even for interns). I was immediately integrated into an existing team and received a good look at what software engineering looks like at large enterprise companies.
Cons: A lot of their tech stack is proprietary, so a lot of what you learn is not applicable elsewhere.
