Pros: Interesting challenges, great learning opportunities, and an overall positive environment. There are also plenty of PTO days as well as wellness days (one Sunday off every month in addition to PTO days).
Cons: Being on-call frequently, some legacy systems (depending on team and project), and late work hours due to different time zones of related teams.
