Process

After trying to catch Salesforce's eye at campus career fairs and events unsuccessfully, I was recruited from the Grace Hopper conference. I did a technical phone screen, then an on-site interview in San Francisco.

Questions

Phone screen: FizzBuzz

Phone screen: "Oh, you know Clojure? Cool! I don't know it. Can you show me 'Hello, World!'?"

On site: One interview was entirely behavioral, just a list of questions about leadership and a conversation about the interviewer's role in the company.

On site: The second interview was all over the place. They asked me some statistics stuff, some simple linked list things (finding the middle of a linked list, etc.), and then asked me to describe a file system layout (I was interviewing for an SRE/backend position).
