Pros: Competitive and flexible benefits.
VTO.
Good work environment.
Encourages moving within the company.
Generally a conscious company that listens to employees.
Very secure and usually ahead in the industry.
Cons: Team/environment/work-life balance depends heavily on your specific "cloud." Some can overwork, while some are so relaxed their product roadmap almost seems dead. Some have little promotion opportunities, and some completely ignore VTO/PTO.
Still, many diversity gaps exist.
Options to move within the company are sometimes limited.

Cons: Mass layoffs every year. The CEO wants to replace people with machines.
Internally, the company is a mess. Various teams work in silos, and worse still, silos within the team itself.
The company is not American, but rather Indian, meaning "go horse" is on.
