I dropped my resume off at a career fair and was contacted by a recruiter a few days later.
She scheduled an interview with a member of the Engineering Optimizations team for a week later.
The interview lasted around an hour, and the interviewer was very nice. He asked me about hash tables and locking (I didn't know what it was at the time). He also walked me through a scenario where I would have to 'analyze data' relating to processor speed.
I knew about half the questions he asked. For the others, I sort of just made an educated guess and did my best. He was very straightforward and corrected me when I was on the wrong track.
Explain / implement a hash table.
The other questions are a little too team specific.
