Salesforce had by far the quickest and most to-the-point interview process of any company I interviewed at.
I attended an on-campus event and received an invitation to an online coding assessment, which I passed. Two weeks later, a recruiter contacted me via email. From the initial interview invitation from the recruiter to receiving an offer, the entire process took approximately nine days. There was some back and forth to find suitable times for the interviews, so I imagine it would have been even shorter without that.
The interviews conducted were two video interviews:
I found out later that my interviewers would be my future coworkers and the manager would be my direct manager, so keep that in mind!
Each interview began with introductions, followed by three to five behavioral questions ("tell me about a time where..."), and concluded with a coding challenge through a shared document.
My interviewers were pleasant, and I received my offer the very next day after interviewing.
Overall, it was a wonderful process that did not involve prolonged waiting or stress over multiple rounds of technical interviews.
Standard problems involving math and lists.
