Pros: - Worked very closely with my team, delivering work directly applicable to the team on a very customer-facing product as an intern. - Had lots of opportunity to hear from the CEO and executives. - Received monthly Fridays off for wellness plus $100 monthly reimbursements for wellness activities. - Good salary. - Relaxed deadlines and no "grinding" or "tech bro" culture. - Received lots of swag. - Experienced lots of clarity about expectations and how to reach them. - Received lots of support from recruiters and the intern team. - Everyone is super nice, friendly, and open about feedback and helping you. - Even though I failed to get an offer from one team, my recruiter passed my information to another team where I received an offer.

Cons: The smallest con: since I started in June, a lot of the intern events happened in the beginning and more in May. So, at around the halfway mark, there wasn't a lot of engagement from the intern team.

Pros: It has a great work-life balance culture.

Cons: It builds a lot of tools internally, so employees can sometimes not get exposed to the newest technologies outside the company.

Pros: Team Collaboration, learning how Scrum Teams run and learning Agile Platform, CRM Essentials, Software Development Life Cycle. As a QA, I learned how an automation framework would work and had good communication with Developers. Very good experience in learning and delivering my skills at Salesforce.

Cons: No cons for the company, but it is a contract role and I am interested in full-time.
