The first round was a 2-hour-long telephonic interview.
The interviewer told me that he would ask 3 programming questions.
After completing the second one, he got stuck on the solution. I tried to explain my solution for more than 20 minutes, and after that, he told me that he was not able to grasp the logic and ended the interview.

Great people, salary, and technical challenges

Pros: - Worked very closely with my team, delivering work directly applicable to the team on a very customer-facing product as an intern.
- Had lots of opportunity to hear from the CEO and executives.
- Received monthly Fridays off for wellness plus $100 monthly reimbursements for wellness activities.
- Good salary.
- Relaxed deadlines and no "grinding" or "tech bro" culture.
- Received lots of swag.
- Experienced lots of clarity about expectations and how to reach them.
- Received lots of support from recruiters and the intern team.
- Everyone is super nice, friendly, and open about feedback and helping you.
- Even though I failed to get an offer from one team, my recruiter passed my information to another team where I received an offer.
Cons: The smallest con: since I started in June, a lot of the intern events happened in the beginning and more in May. So, at around the halfway mark, there wasn't a lot of engagement from the intern team.
