Process
The interview process began with a HackerRank assessment, followed a few months later by a single-round interview lasting about an hour with a team of engineers. The discussion covered my resume, experience, and expectations for an internship.
After receiving an offer, the recruiter was very helpful in providing additional information and facilitating communication with former interns and employees.
Ultimately, I decided to reject the offer. I felt the work environment was a bit too relaxed, and I desired a more intense setting to begin my career. Nevertheless, the company's values appear solid, and I left with a positive impression.
