I applied for the Solution Architect position after a friend of mine, now a Salesforce employee, passed me the link to do so.
Subsequently, the Human Resources team contacted me. They were kind, warm, and respectful, as were the other interviews I had, a total of three.
One of them was a panel where I presented the solution, and another was with the head of the unit. All of them took place at the scheduled time and date, and with the stipulated duration.
They made me feel comfortable; the interviews were not tense, but very clear. The platform and the support provided to prepare me for them also helped a lot. The recruitment team was always attentive and aware of what was happening.
Previous knowledge and experience:
For the panel, I had to present, develop, and defend a proposal.
