Process

Initial email introductions were followed by in-person and phone interviews, lasting approximately 1 hour.

Interviewers were courteous throughout. They focused more on understanding if general experience was suitable for the role, rather than specific Salesforce platform knowledge.

This baffles me, as if the role expects you to sell solutions in Salesforce, why isn't that knowledge checked for?

The interview felt very generic.
