Was contacted by the recruiter. Even though the recruiter had to go on leave after the first discussion, she arranged another person to maintain contact.
Had 3 interviews, all technical. One was a panel interview.
The complete process lasted for a month.
After the interview, the hiring manager offered a higher position based on my experience and the interview performance.
Overall, a very good experience. Salary negotiation never felt forced. The recruiter was most helpful.
