1. Call with recruiter. This was a typical call where we discussed my experience.

2. Interview with technical architect. All interviewers use a standard form, so it was standard stuff. This interviewer asked specific, technical questions. I couldn't answer one and admitted it. I asked if this level of detail was expected for a solutions architect role, and they said no.

3. Interview with solutions architect. This interview focused more on solutions for the SF platform. I stuck to discussing what I've done and what I know. I spoke about my experience again.

4. Panel interview with a director and two managers from different practice areas. I presented a past business problem I'd worked on, using diagrams. It's important to use real-life problems and visuals. Avoid bullet points. I spoke about my experience again and was asked many questions about client management.

I always begin interview introductions with a brief 2-5 minute overview of my experience: how I started, where I've been, and what I'm doing now. Always highlight key achievements, such as large implementations and your role in them. When answering questions, try to draw on specific scenarios you've encountered.

Be personable. A part of the job involves being personable with clients while also demonstrating your expertise. This is key. It's okay to share aspects of your personal life, like family or pets. Try to approach the conversation as a natural dialogue.

The recruiter followed up after every interview. Everything went well. I received an offer with stock options. I negotiated the terms (know your worth) and accepted the offer.
