Process
Interview process consisted of two separate interviews with an Engagement Director. One interview was technical, and the other was consulting related. I was then moved on to the final interview with the hiring manager and two others. This was a presentation about a previous project. Decided to decline the position, though, since internal employees aren't offered the same amount as external hires.
