Best place to work
Success Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: 1. Good pay
2. Employee benefits are the best in the industry
3. The company cares for their employees
4. Talented people and cooperative managers
5. Good working culture
6. Innovative company
Many more.....
Cons: 1. The CSG department is not a great place to work.
2. Technical support is a high-pressure job, as customer expectations are always at the higher end. Customers pay a lot for the licenses, so their expectations are justified. Join the CSG group only if you enjoy support jobs.
3. Unorganized technical support process.
Please note all the cons are based on the technical support process and CSG. I am leaving because I enjoy development more than support. If I get the chance to join this company as a developer again, I will grab it.
