Preinterview: Salesforce starts by providing a link to candidate resources that walks through the interview process and culture. It includes links to the Trailhead training site, where you can use a free version of Salesforce to gain expertise, and provides context on the organization.
Interviews: My recruiter provided the areas I would be interviewed on, and the team seemed to probe to evaluate those areas. The process involved a lot of crosstalk, making it transparent throughout. I was also able to get a strong read on the organization and culture during the process. The process was a series of half-hour interviews over three rounds, for a total of about 14 interviews.
