- Major plus point: Always focus more on individual's growth/development.
- Ohana culture, which you can literally feel here.
- Perks: Almost all IT companies provide Macs, but here you'll get an iPhone too. ;)
- Lunch/dinner/breakfast, barista, and snacks – all free.
- No issue with taking leaves.
- Weekly 1:1s with your manager help you communicate better and understand the team/org more effectively.
- Teammates (rather, every employee) are hell-bent on being friendly and helpful.
Conclusion: Couldn't be better.
