Pros

Unlimited PTO

Nice work-life balance

Cons

Hope that you are part of an important department. Otherwise, you will be stuck in limbo where there's no promotion and you'll only learn the Salesforce ecosystem tech stack, which is pretty much not transferable elsewhere.

Horrendous promotion raises, ranging from 3-9% of base salary. Stock refreshers are close to non-existent unless you are a top performer, which again is dependent on your department and manager.

Ohana culture means nothing now, as layoffs are frequent.
