Salesforce has a very clearly articulated value proposition and some of the best Product Management & Engineering talent in the industry. The company also allows sufficient freedom to explore technologies, etc. The four-month cycle of cloud releases allows for continuous challenges and results.
The company has very good employee benefits and values individuals.
Salesforce is extremely HQ-centric.
While not a complete con, a lot of the company's growth is fueled through inorganic acquisition as opposed to organic efforts within the company.
