Great work-life balance; interesting and challenging work. A fast-paced and still growing company. Marc Benioff is a visionary.
Too much ohana and political correctness. People are trigger-happy to report, escalate, and take advantage.
No real performance management. I could easily see 25% of my team being let go as underperforming.
Wake up to the reality that there are lots of people just coasting by. Bring about real accountability, especially in the disaster that is Lightning. Don't let Product Management dictate building shoddy, half-baked products.
