Salesforce experience and association with the company has a list of lifelong benefits if you want to stay or progress in the CRM field. Money is good compared to tier 2 companies.
Culture has gone downhill lately. The company's CEO has put his people on the line in spite of record revenues and profits. The so-called Ohana culture is only on paper and not in practice. If you are someone that values culture and transparency, then this is not the company to be at. It is a huge company and your presence is not felt; you are lost in the crowd.
Take care of your people.
Put the Ohana philosophy in practice.
