I worked at Salesforce for 5 years. I must say it was one of the best experiences. Till 2021, the team and work culture were good in my team.
Benefits were awesome, and till mid-2022, I had loved working for the team and my work as well.
However, all hell broke loose in 2021. A lot of people were hired into critical positions, and they brought with them their own toxic work culture. Also, in the hiring process, candidates with references got in even though the interview was average, just because a manager knew them.
My manager changed. The new manager was/is a micromanager, making late-night calls at odd hours and questioning the team about their commitment. The work culture had become borderline toxic. I left the company in 2023.
I hope this changes and would love to join back the company.
