Great place to be
This is only the second company that I've been with for over 5 years; Dell is the second. They treat employees at all levels as people, not just assets to be moved around. They have been very accommodating when I took a month's medical leave of absence last year, and this year for a hospital stay. My disabilities are taken seriously by my manager and Principal Engineer.
It's not a perfect company. But, my complaints are few. No free food for the technical staff, though I have suggested it in my most recent local office survey.
