  9. Managers keep on praising for the whole year and at last, during appraisal, only find loopholes in your work to justify their rating.
  10. Poor quality of managers hired, who came from a toxic environment and brought a toxic culture in.
  11. Be ready with the treatment of a daily wage worker.
Advice to Management
  1. Learn to hire the correct management people.
  2. Identify the actual toxic managers and fire them.
  3. Team change timeline should be reduced from 1 year to 3 months.
  4. The probation period of people should be less than 3 months, or none. Anyone coming onboard requires a minimum of 6 months' time.
  5. Bring back WFH. You have a highly toxic office and have hired toxic managers whom nobody wants to interact with to lower their morale.
  6. If you can't make people happy, then shut down the India office, as the counter US team already doesn't appreciate the presence. These psycho managers make them believe that Indians are incompetent managers.
