One of the best companies is shifting to a pure performance culture
I've been with Salesforce for more than 5 years, and the relationship of an employee to its employer is very well defined here. The compensation, along with benefits, outweighs any losses incurred on working with a bad tech stack.
Since last year, after layoffs, the company culture has drastically changed, and it's going more and more downhill.
