Benefits: Teammates/coworkers are very smart or clever and solve problems in unique and novel ways.
RTO is a joke and unequal for many. Thankfully, I'm in a flexible org, but it sucks overall.
It also feels like we've all got targets on our backs. Regardless of how high a performer you are, layoffs are the new norm here.
Why bother trying so hard if it's not going to make a difference either way?
I often feel the process, or lack thereof, makes me want to do the wrong thing. I can't be the only one who notices this.
The right thing is often a heavy burden, and it is often thankless.
